While so many consider visiting the beach a luxury, I am privileged to be able to call our resort community home. A transplant to the resort area myself, I have learned firsthand why so many visitors flock to our coastal towns and why so many choose to stay. I don't think one can help but fall in love with the beaches of Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes because they truly have something to offer everyone.

The nature enthusiast can enjoy the Cape Henlopen State Park where there is hiking, biking and camping. For the sportsman, there is waterfront golf, sailing, kayaking and surfing. The gourmand and wine connoisseur can choose from endless gourmet restaurants from which to test their palette and the bargain hunters can whittle their days away shopping in the tax-free outlets or an assortment of downtown boutiques. The weary can be pampered in any one of the dozens of spas available and those looking to let loose can enjoy the nightlife with great music, dancing and entertainment.

The Delaware beaches are a great place to vacation and visit, but an even better place to live!
